based on
memdisk from syslinux-common_3.71+dfsg-5_all.deb
freedos image from
www.ibiblio.org/pub/micro/pc-stuff/freedos/files/distributions/1.0/fdboot.img
needs directory SERVER_DATA instead of CLIENT_DATA
