- Download the actual IrfanView-Version
- Download the actual IrfanView-Plugins
- Copy both to CLIENT_DATA
- Install IrfanView on a test-system
- Configure IrfanView as you like (especially the language!)

- copy the i_view32.ini from %programfiles%\IrfanView to CLIENT_DATA
